Chose inex as saw a kitchen they had fitted and had to get a design and quote. Service and communication start to finish was first class. Couple of hitches with sink size and quartz, all very quickly and amiably resolved. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

To there informative design idea and adding just that little bit more to maximise full use of a split level kitchen. Excellent quality work, particularly the compact plumbing under the sink unit. There was a problem with worktop edging which was expertly resolved by Andrew and Chris on the final day.

In-Ex designed and installed a new bathroom for us in January/February this year, and then a new kitchen in April/May. In general we are extremely happy with what they have produced and would certainly recommend them to others (as they were in fact recommended to us by some of our neighbours). The quality of the workmanship and the units supplied is extremely good and we look forward to hopefully engaging them again for some future works at our house (once our bank balance has recovered!!!!). The one small quibble we have (which we understand our neighbours also had the same experience) is that it would be good if In-Ex could improve their communication with customers: there were some days on both jobs where we didn't who/when people were coming round and on the kitchen works felt we had to take the initiative a little bit to communicate with them/ask them things etc. because we hadn't been told exactly what was happening. However, this is only a quibble since, as I said before, we are ultimately very happy with the quality of their work and the finished products.

Chris gave some great suggestions when we went in to see what design we wanted. We were recommended by my Mum in law (whose kitchen they recently fitted to her rave reviews!). The prices were very reasonable and the workmanship was great. The fitters were tidy, punctual and friendly (and Covid-safe in this current environment). Had my kitchen done by In-Ex Designs a few years ago and their service was brilliant so when I decided to have 2 bedrooms fitted out I went straight to them again. I cannot fault their service, reasonably priced, they worked hard and completed the work very quickly and the bedrooms look amazing. We didn't like something that was fitted, nothing to do with the workmanship, it just didn't look right. They just corrected it with no argument. We were really pleased with our new kitchen, fitted last summer. The work was completed to a very high standard and the whole team were great throughout. We've since been equally as impressed with the aftercare service when we experienced a few small issues (not the fault of IN-EX), which have been dealt with and rectified immediately. We have gone from a very old fashioned 1980’s style kitchen with separate dining room to my dream open plan kitchen diner. We were delighted with the planning done by Barry and all the fitters who worked on the job. Special mention must go to Chris. There were some minor hiccups bit they were never seen as problems just challenges to be resolved. The attitude of all the fitters was always positive. The house was left tidy each day. I would certainly recommend using in-ex designs for a kitchen refurb and we will consider using them again for a bathroom at a later date. Thanks to you all for a great job well done.

We highly recommend In-Ex Design after the company recently installed our new bathroom. We embarked on the process of having our bathroom completely gutted, re-configured and installed, with trepidation as a friend of ours had experienced a terrible, and highly-stressful, time with a similar project undertaken by a large, well-known national bathroom company, however as soon as Barry came to our house to assess our needs and help us plan the design our concerns were alleviated. His calm, professional manner was greatly reassuring and his patience and advice during the planning process was much appreciated. During the installation Chris and Andrew worked really hard, had high standards, approached tricky areas with creativity, did a fantastic job and the end result is the bathroom we have always wanted. Nothing we asked for was a problem; they were always willing to meet our requests. (As long as they were realistic of course!) In addition they left the site neat and tidy at the end of each day and were highly respectful of us and our home. Joe, the tiler, was precise and meticulously planned the job before starting, resulting in a highly professional finish. We did experience a couple of minor hiccups along the way but these were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. In-Ex Design has restored our faith in home-refurbishment businesses; the fact that it is a family owned and run business of 26 years’ experience was reassuring to us from the outset and it certainly proved to be the right choice.

Really excellent project management of building and other services by Barry and team, as well as the beautiful new kitchen. It's very rare that you get excellent quality, fantastic service and at a good price but we definitely got that with Barry, Chris and Chris, who came to fit the kitchen. We was kept informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. I would strongly recommend. Amazing.

When purchasing a new kitchen, the horror stories you research leave you in great trepidation about whom and where to go! Through a friend we were recommended to Barry and Chris and their family business. From our first meeting in the showroom we knew we had found the right company.
